Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), an aggressive T-cell malignancy derived from follicular helper T (Tfh) cells, is characterized by systemic immune dysregulation and heterogeneous clinical outcomes despite anthracycline-based chemotherapy. Here, we perform Cytof in PBCM of AITL patients to describe peripheral immune landscapes of AITL.
