Courageous Cruise 006 Biological Data overview, 1976

This record describes the datasets from Courageous Cruise 006. The data were obtained from waters off the New South Wales coast, Bass Strait and Victorian coast in February 1976. Data were obtained from acoustic and trawl surveys for jack mackerel (Trachurus declivis), pennant lantern fish (Maurolicus muelleri) and other demersal and pelagic fish species as well as pelagic crustacea, squid, myctophids, chauliodontid and paralepid. Stock size have been determined.
