RNA-seq of colorectal cancer cell line HCT116 and DLD-1 cells treated with PRIMA-1met or oxaliplatin or combination therapy Overall design: HCT116 (p53-wt) and DLD-1 (p53-mutant) cells were treated with either DMSO or PRIMA-1met (45 µM for HCT116; 20 µM for DLD-1) or oxaliplatin (6 µM for HCT116; 35 µM for DLD-1) or combination of these two drugs for 48 hours. Each treatment was performed in triplicates.
