The ARGOS drifting buoy data in this accession was collected as part of Coordinated Eastern Arctic Experiment (CEAREX) from bouys deployed in Arctic ocean by Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, Seattle WA. The data was collected from September 16, 1988 to April 30, 1989. The water depth and other drifting bouy data submitted by Ms. Lynn Long has been processed by NODC and is currently available in F156 Drifting Buoy file format.
