Supplementary Materials S1–S6: Workforce Capabilities Across Twin-Transition Policies in Five Southeast Asian Countries
收藏资源简介:
This supplementary dataset accompanies the manuscript entitled "Workforce Capabilities Across Twin-Transition Policies: A Comparative Document Analysis of Five Southeast Asian Countries with a Focus on Vietnam." The study examines eight workforce-capability dimensions across 20 selected national digital, AI, workforce/skills, and green-transition policy documents from Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The supplementary package contains six components: S1 — Complete Coding Matrix and Evidence Anchors. The full set of 160 document-by-capability coding judgements, including classification statuses and supporting evidence. S2 — Operational Codebook and Coding Decisions. Definitions, inclusion and exclusion criteria, coding thresholds, boundary decisions, and source-anchored illustrative coding examples (S2.3; formerly Appendix B). S3 — Document Profiles and Source Provenance. Document characteristics, genres, languages, editions, provenance information, and the complete 20-document primary-policy source register (S3.3; formerly Appendix A). S4 — Sensitivity Analyses. Source-selection, document-vintage, and classification-threshold diagnostics. S5 — Document Currentness and Eligibility Audit. Revision-stage screening of policy instruments, source-currentness considerations, and document-selection decisions. S6 — Expected-Domain Mapping and Cross-Domain Articulation. The descriptive mapping used to distinguish capability articulation within and outside expected policy domains. The final coding matrix contains 79 Explicit–Central, 40 Explicit–Peripheral, 12 Adjacent/Implicit, and 29 Not Identified judgements. The expected-domain analysis identifies 55 explicit classifications among 95 off-domain opportunities. These materials are provided to improve the transparency, auditability, and reproducibility of the document-level analysis. The classifications do not constitute measures of policy implementation, effectiveness, or administrative integration between instruments. The creator metadata is temporarily anonymised as "Anonymous" to preserve double-blind peer review. Following acceptance of the associated manuscript, the record will be updated to identify the authors accurately. The supplementary materials are made publicly accessible to support scholarly verification. Third-party policy documents and excerpts remain subject to their respective source rights; the deposit does not purport to relicense those original materials.
