Assessment of bacterial diversity in Folsomia candida. insect metagenome

This is a NGS-based study of bacterial diversity in the springtail Folsomia candida, model organism in ecogenomics. It includes the assessment of a method to suppress amplification of the endosymbiont Wolbachia, dominating the bacterial community, and the comparison of two springtail population, a laboratory and a field one.
