sThis series consists of agenda papers for Council meetings between the periods 27 August 1934 and 24 August 1936; and 16 April 1973 and 11 October 1976.An agenda paper is essentially an agenda for Council meetings, listing the order of business, motions and any reports or statements to be presented to the meeting.System of Arrangement/ControlThe agenda papers are arranged chronologically by the date of the Council meeting. The papers for several meetings have been accumulated into bundles. There is some overlapping in the date ranges of the last two bundles.This series forms part of the Council meetings record keeping system.
