资源简介:
This project aims to combine operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) measurements to probe the reaction-induced electronic and structural evolution of indium oxide (In2O3) on different supports (ZrO2, TiO2, Fe3O4, V2O5 etc.) for CO2 hydrogenation to methanol. SNBL BM31 will enable us to probe the coordination changes and oxidation states of partially reduced indium species (InOx) in supported In2O3 catalysts under CO2 hydrogenation conditions, complementing our prior in-situ and ex-situ investigations to elucidate the dynamic transformations involved in practical catalytic systems, linking them to catalytic metrics such as conversion, selectivity, and activity.
