The purpose of this work is to explore the use of 16SrDNA gene amplification and macro genome sequencing to explore the bacterial diversity of bacteriocin on milk and the dynamic change of bacterial community, so as to provide a basis for the change of bacterial diversity of milk with bacteriocin and prevent the aerobic deterioration of milk, and provide a green path for biological preservation of milk, which has important application value in the fields of antibiotic substitution, food additives, etc.
