Ex1R08 E from Synaptic molecular imaging in spared and deprived columns of mouse barrel cortex with array tomography.

This data represents 3 repeated staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex with antibodies against synaptic molecules GABA-A Receptor a1 and Synaptopodin as well as a DAPI nuclear stain. Included are images from 21 consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of each stain.
