Shifts in P. falciparum genetic structure and gametocyte markers in the transition to elimination

We assessed the impact of elimination initiatives on P. falciparum (Pf) genetic structure and gametocyte carriage. Here, we are submitting amplicon-based sequencing data concerning Pf genetics, which was generated using Pf isolates collected in Magude District (Southern Mozambique) before and after an elimination initiative.
