Oyster Clusters in ply format and refuge editing file in bin format (CloudCompare)

These are oyster cluster mesh files (ply) that were achieved through micro CT-scanning. The original file was processed through the VG Studio Max and compressed to 0.5 micrometer.

The objective of the project was to extract the top surface (~5cm from the outside) of oyster clusters where macro invertebrates mostly use. To the uploaded oyster cluster files, we applied the Hidden Point Removal algorithm through the Arothron package in R and attained the top surface. Here, we also uploaded the Cluster50_three_species*.bin (through CloudCompare) file which was used to edit the refuge space analysis.
