The NORFAB panel comprises a diverse set of faba bean (Vicia faba L.) accessions from distinct geographical regions. These accessions were genotyped via single-primer enrichment technology (SPET) using the Allegro Targeted Genotyping protocol for library preparation. Libraries were quantified through qPCR using the CFX96 Touch Real-Time PCR Detection System and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
