Computational Fluid Dynamics and Fluid-Structure Interaction is performed using ADINA 9.2 (http://www.adina.com). The 900-node version is used for academic teaching and research and is available from the vendor http://www.adina.com/n900.shtml
We provide the reader with the ready-to-run case as explained in the attached manuscript from the Biomechanics and Modeling in Mechanobiology.
The use of this case (for demonstration, research or teaching, or commercial use etc.) is possible by right attribution to the authors by citing the publication:

How to use the attached CFD-FSI model:
1. Open ADINA-AUI2. Load .IN file - two DAT files are created automatically. 3. To run: Solution > Run FSI > Start. Browse for the DAT files (hold CTRL key to select the two files) and click START.4. Further info according to ADINA manual http://www.adina.com/relnotes_92.pdf
