Mice used were in a mixed background between 129/SvEv and C57BL/6. They were Rp1 knockout mice (Rp1-/-). Triplicates of RNA samples from Rp1-/- neural retinas for hybridization were collected at P7. Each RNA sample included a pool of neural retinas from 3-4 mice. Retinas were all collected at 1-2 pm of the day. Keywords: repeat sample
所用实验小鼠为129/SvEv与C57BL/6的混合遗传背景品系，系Rp1基因敲除小鼠（Rp1-/-）。于小鼠出生后第7天（P7）采集用于杂交实验的Rp1-/-小鼠神经视网膜RNA样本，共设置3个生物学重复。每份RNA样本由3~4只小鼠的神经视网膜混合制备而成。所有视网膜样本均采集于当日13:00至14:00时段。关键词：重复样本
