Replication materials for the article "Does an index of state capacity to counter hybrid threats measure more than governance? A validation protocol applied to 100 countries" by Badr Touzi and Amina Drissi. Supplement S3 (zip) contains the country-level data of the Counter-Hybrid Capacity Index (raw, imputed and normalized values of 21 variables for 100 countries, pillar and index scores with ranks), extracts of the public sources used to check all 21 inputs, and the Python code that reproduces all results computed from the data, with the tables and figures of the article. Supplement S2 (xlsx) contains the country-level results and supplementary tables. The compiled data are released under CC BY 4.0, the code under the MIT License; the source extracts keep the terms of their sources.
