资源简介:
Myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion is an emergency strategy for acute myocardial infarction, but it easily causes damage to myocardial tissue during reperfusion, which leads to further adverse cardiac events.Pathological tissue staining experiments were used to compare changes in control, ISDN and CMP doses. In this study, by establishing a rat model of myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury, we aimed to observe the therapeutic effects of cardiac myostatin injection and further investigate the functions or pathways associated with myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury using transcriptomics and proteomics.Tissue-staining experiments and full automatic biochemical analyser experiments indicated that cardiac myostatin injection had significant therapeutic effects on myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury and significantly alleviated myocardial tissue fibrosis injury. In addition, genes and proteins with differential expression were obtained through respective differential analyses. Further functional or pathway analyses all showed that they were significantly associated with processes such as metabolic pathways and oxidative homeostasis. In this study, we confirmed the therapeutic effect of cardiac peptide injection on myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury and found that metabolic pathways, oxidative homeostasis, and myocardial ischaemia-reperfusion injury were significantly correlated through transcriptomic and proteomic analyses.
