Effect of CO2 fractional laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on skin barrier and serum C-reactive protein in acne scars

105 patients with acne scar admitted to Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to August 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 51 patients treated with CO2 fractional laser only were included in the control group, and 54 patients treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel were included in the observation group. The therapeutic efficacy, symptom relief time, skin barrier related indexes, inflammatory factors before and after treatment, incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, quality of life 2 months after treatment and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
