Transcriptionally profiling of single cells isolated from progressive stages of metastatic outbreak in a mouse model of lung cancer metastasis. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on 6 spontaneous and 6 NK cell-depleted metastasis; spontaneous lesions include disseminated tumor cells isolated from BLI-negative organs, incipient lesions, and macrometastatic outbreaks.
