BSA-seq analysis data of S-175 (PRJCA038845)

S-175 is a rice mutant with shortened primary roots, identified from an EMS mutagenesis screen in the Osers2d background. To map the causal mutation, S-175 was backcrossed to Osers2d, and 60 F2 individuals with short roots and 60 with long roots were pooled for high-throughput sequencing. Bulked segregant analysis (BSA) was used to identify associated mutations.
