Molecular species delimitation and historical biogeography among species of the genus Partamona (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Meliponini), with emphasis on the Eastern group from South America

Data used in the paper " Molecular species delimitation and divergence time among species of the genus Partamona (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Meliponini), with emphasis on the Eastern group from South America" (htps://doi.org/10.1093/zoolinnean/zlaf006) includes the following datasets: the alignment matrix in FASTA format for each molecular marker (our own dataset and our dataset plus sequences from genbank), the concatenated alignment matrix in NEXUS format, the final calibrated phylogenetic tree in “.tre” format, ".log" file to check the convergence of the MCMC and estimated parameters, and the R script used for analyses with the SPIDER package (Brown et al., 2012).
