AQSM Dataset

This dataset accompanies the study <i>“Automated Quantification of Stereotypical Motor Movements in Autism Using Persistent Homology.”</i> It contains de-identified pose-estimation data (MediaPipe skeleton trajectories) collected during annotated sessions of stereotypical motor movements (SMMs), such as rocking and flapping. The dataset also includes topologically derived periodicity scores computed for 4-second time windows, organized by experimental condition. It is structured for direct use with the AQSM-SW1PerS analysis pipeline, enabling topological and periodicity-based feature extraction. All data are de-identified and were collected under IRB-approved protocols with appropriate consent. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the published results and to facilitate further research.
