COPMOT Study: Psychological Health and Motivational Status of Healthworkers in NTDs Program

This dataset and associated files are used in a scientifc study, that assessed the psychological health and motivation of health workers and community drug distributors in routine MDA programs. The study is part of a larger formative implementation study which tried to provide evidence needed to inform the design and implementation of context-appropriate strategies to enhance PC program sustainability and success.
