CD117+ cells were co-incubated overnight with Mel JuSol (MJS) cells either transduced with stem cell factor (SA, SB, SC) or untransduced (NA, NB, NC), in the presence of dexamethasone 10-7 M. Afterward, the MJS cells were removed and a set of 84 genes was studied in CD117+ cells in order to identify those differentially expressed upon transduction with stem cell factor. The raw ct values measured by qPCR for each gene in the respective samples is shown.
