资源简介:
This study investigates the role of the epigenetic regulator EZH2 in acute kidney injury (AKI). A conditional knockout mouse model with proximal tubular-specific deletion of EZH2 was generated using the Cre-LoxP system. To evaluate the transcriptional changes associated with EZH2 loss during kidney injury, RNA sequencing was performed on kidney tissues from EZH2 conditional knockout (cKO) and wild-type (WT) mice after cisplatin-induced AKI or saline control treatment. The study aims to identify EZH2-regulated genes and pathways involved in tubular injury and repair, providing new insights into the epigenetic mechanisms of kidney injury and potential therapeutic targets.
