Calcitonin gene-related peptide sustains CD8+ T cell inflammatory reactions in drug -induced reactions [scRNA-Seq]

We investigated the differentiation pattern of CD8+ T cells from healthy controls and patients with SJS/TEN. The cells for scRNAseq analysis had viability greater than 88% with concentration ranges from ~700-–1200 cells/μL. We selected two representative patients from SJS/TEN as well as two normal donors for normal reference. Cell preparation, library preparation, and sequencing were carried out according to Chromium product-based manufacturer protocols (10X Genomics).Cells from patients were compared to the healthy individuals to identify differentially expressed genes.
