大华交管视频云综合管控解决方案，统一接入设备和数据，对数据进行融合共享，为交管业务应用提供基础服务。产品以信息技术为主导，以计算机通信网络和智能化指挥控制管理为基础，建成集高新技术应用为一体的智能化交通管理平台，满足信息交换与共享，实现交通管理现代化、管理数字化、信息网络化、办公自动化，提高交警部门的道路交通管理水平。 交管视频云综合管控系统建成后，将形成结构合理、负载均衡、内外沟通的计算机网络系统，在此网络系统基础上，建立满足日常办公和管理工作需要的软件环境，开发各类信息库和应用系统，实现交警各信息管理系统的互联和协同，各种数据资源的高度共享和集中管理，为各部门提供充分的网络信息服务。 逻辑架构自下而上划分成三层：PaaS层、SaaS层（基础SaaS层、行业SaaS层）、应用层。 PaaS层提供基础的功能服务，有接入服务、视频存储服务、流媒体服务、解码上墙服务、认证服务、智能服务、云存储服务，云数据库服务、容器云服务。 基础SaaS层为基础功能汇聚和业务逻辑处理层，通过PaaS协议，从PaaS获取数据（视频/图片/结构化数据）、控制设备等，将PaaS的一系列简单功能进行业务组合，并结合业务场景提供更加专业能力，如用户账户系统、权限控制、预案处理、消息推送、布控管理等更为专业的应用功能供应用层使用。 交通行业SaaS层，本质也是属于SaaS层，与基础SaaS层的区别在于行业可以基于SaaS层的服务进行组合，并加入行业化业务系统，组合形成具体面向特定行业的整体视频云平台。 应用层主要通本系统提供的客户端和组件化套件实现交管更深层的业务应用。

DH Traffic Management Video Cloud Comprehensive Control Solution: This solution unifies access to devices and data, integrates and shares data, and provides basic services for traffic management business applications. Led by information technology, and based on computer communication networks and intelligent command control management, the product builds an intelligent traffic management platform integrating high-tech applications, which meets the requirements of information exchange and sharing, realizes the modernization of traffic management, digitalized management, information networking and office automation, and improves the road traffic management capability of traffic police departments. Upon completion, the traffic management video cloud comprehensive control system will form a computer network system with reasonable structure, load balancing and internal-external communication. Based on this network, a software environment meeting the needs of daily office and management work will be established, various databases and application systems will be developed, the interconnection and collaboration of all traffic police information management systems will be achieved, and high-degree sharing and centralized management of various data resources will be realized, providing sufficient network information services for all departments. The logical architecture is divided into three layers from bottom to top: PaaS layer, SaaS layer (including basic SaaS layer and industry SaaS layer) and application layer. The PaaS layer provides basic functional services, including access service, video storage service, streaming media service, decoding and wall-display service, authentication service, intelligent service, cloud storage service, cloud database service and container cloud service. The basic SaaS layer is the basic function aggregation and business logic processing layer. It acquires data (video/image/structured data) and controls devices from the PaaS layer via PaaS protocols, combines a series of simple PaaS functions into business modules, and provides professional capabilities tailored to business scenarios. Such application functions including user account system, permission control, emergency plan handling, message push and monitoring and deployment management are provided for the application layer. The traffic industry SaaS layer essentially belongs to the SaaS layer. Unlike the basic SaaS layer, it allows the industry to combine services based on the SaaS layer and integrate industry-specific business systems to form an overall video cloud platform targeting a specific industry. The application layer mainly implements deeper traffic management business applications through the client and componentized kits provided by this system.
