Fungal Endophyte Communities in Galled Oak Leaves: Stability in Leaves, Divergence in Galls

This project aimed to characterize fungal endophyte communities in ungalled leaves, galled leaves, and gall tissues.These samples are a mixture of different types of tissue from Quercus douglasii:LeavesGalls induced by Cynips quercusechinusGalls induced by Feron gigasAll reads generated from these samples are of the fungal Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region.
