Properties of immature reticulocytes obtained from donors and patients with ALL and AML

This dataset contains data on such characteristics of immature reticulocytes obtained from donors and patients with ALL and AML such as Young's modulus, cell height, cell area and volume, the maximum height difference of cell surface and its average roughness, as well as the number and linear dimensions of membrane formations (protrusions and invaginations). All data were obtained using atomic force microscopy. The spring constant of probes was specified for each sample measurement.
