Summary of results from coalescent simulations under isolation and secondary contact models

This Rdata file contains two objects, "isolation" containing the parameters and summary output of coalescent simulations under an isolation model, and "secondary contact" containing the parameters and summary output of coalescent simulations under a secondary contact model. These data are also available as tab delimited files in this repository. See README for definitions of each column name. All simulations were performed using MSMOVE (https://github.com/geneva/msmove).
