TABLE 1. Accession, allocation, locality, date, and disposition of 51 Holbrook-associated specimens extant in the ANSP, MCZ, and MNHN, along with six missing specimens and four specimens illustrated by Holbrook (1842e) from previous publications. Accession is the collection number, Allocation refers to the present-day taxonomy of the specimen, Locality is the verbatim locality from the museum catalog or reference in the case of secondary illustrations, Date are any data regarding dates of collection or deposit, and Disposition refers to our notes about the condition, whereabouts, or type status of the specimen.
