Project data: phytoplankton blooms and pCO₂

This includes all data from the project "Phytoplankton blooms and pCO2" that has been used and referred to in the manuscript "Carbon dioxide reduction by photosynthesis undetectable even during phytoplankton blooms". Raw data generated by Karla Münzner is found in the folder "Raw data", data used in statistical analysis in the folder "R data". The folder "Protocols" holds all lab protocols used for dna analyses (DNA extraction, DNA quantification and qPCR). There is also a pdf ("Lab notes dna analyses") that records the day-to-day work of all dna-related laboratory work conducted during the project.

The dataset was originally published in DiVA and moved to SND in 2024.
