WAXS measurement of commercial Li-ion batteries

Data consisting of measuring the wide angle x-ray scattering on a commercial cell equipped with ultrasound sensor. The cell is a commercial Li-ion batteries purchased at KOKAM, consisting of NMC811 vs. graphite electrode cycling. The cell was cycled at slow rate C/8 (close to thermodynamic condition) but also at faster rate up to C/3 with a relaxation protocole. The cell was scanned at different area to ensure data reproductibility.
