Global hepatitis vaccine trial landscape: Public data, code, and reproducible analysis

This dataset provides pseudonymized record-level analytic data, aggregate source tables, Figure 1–5 reproduction code, documentation, environment specifications, and validation materials for a cross-sectional analysis of the global hepatitis vaccine clinical-trial landscape. The release contains 1,420 pseudonymized trial records, 1,374 pseudonymized protocol families, 19,850 exact record-to-output memberships, and 502 canonical output cells. The underlying Trialtrove export is excluded because it is subject to Citeline licensing restrictions; no original trial titles, intervention descriptions, sponsor names, registration numbers, personal contact details, or database-native identifiers are included. Data and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0, and code is licensed under the MIT License.
