Water Course Segment (OpenData)

This Entity describes the stretch of land which borders a flowing and open waterway such as a river or a stream. It has been designed to allow consents, assets, RFS etc to be assigned to the correct Property or Functional Location where no RatingUnit exists. The coverage extends out to the RatingUnits along the river corridor or is instead defined by a 1m buffer where the Watercourse passes through a RatingUnit. This feature is allowed to overlap RailCorridorSegment and ForeshoreSegment geometries but is segmented where the Watercourse branches off at a confluence, where it merges at a diffluence or where a bridge crosses it. It was initially populated via an analytical process using CCC WcWaterCourse data as a one off derivation, but will be maintained manually when future updates are required. When deleted, the record is Archived. It is spatially abstracted to an area. Entity Type: Concept.本实体用于描述毗邻河流、溪流等流动开放式水道（Watercourse）的陆地区段。其设计目的是在不存在评级单元（RatingUnit）的情况下，将许可（consents）、资产、RFS等内容分配至正确的权属单元或功能位置。其覆盖范围延伸至河道沿线的评级单元；若水道穿过评级单元，则以1米缓冲区作为覆盖范围的定义依据。本要素可与铁路廊道段（RailCorridorSegment）及岸线段（ForeshoreSegment）的几何图形重叠，但需在水道汇流点（confluence）、分流点（diffluence）或桥梁跨越处进行分割。本要素最初通过以CCC WcWaterCourse数据为基础的分析流程一次性派生生成，后续若需更新则将通过人工方式进行维护。该记录被删除时将被归档。本要素在空间上被抽象为面状区域。实体类型：概念（Concept）。
