Qinghai Lake is the largest inland saltwater lake in China. Influenced by climate and human activities, the area of Qinghai Lake continues to expand. Efficient and accurate lake extraction is the basic data of climate change, lake temporal and spatial variation and regional water cycle, and it is of great significance to formulate ecological protection measures. This study takes Qinghai Lake region as the research object, based on Landsat series remote sensing images, uses the constructed training data set for experimental comparison, and selects DoubleU-NET network to extract the semantic segmentation data set of Qinghai Lake from 2000 to 2021. This dataset contains binary grid data and vector boundary data of Qinghai Lake and its affiliated lakes in 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2013, 2015, 2018 and 2021. The spatial resolution of the data is 30m, and the data set is stored in. Tif format and. SHP format. The amount of data in. Tif format is 1.12MB, and. SHP format is 312KB, which is 439KB after compression. From 2000 to 2021, the area of Qinghai Lake shrank first and then expanded, and the change areas were mainly located in the east, north and west coasts.
