The data is sourced from ILOSTAT, the ILOs central statistics database, retrieved via API and filtered to African country codes. It includes structured tabular data with columns such as country code, indicator, sex disaggregation, year, observed value, and data quality flags, suitable for tabular classification, regression, or time-series forecasting tasks. The data is harmonized by the ILO using International Conference of Labour Statisticians (ICLS) definitions and annotated with source information.
