To investigate the role of ThPOK in the regulation of ILC3 development and function, we established conventional ThPOK knockout mice and carried out single-cell RNA sequencing (BD Rhapsody) on intestinal ILC3s. ILC3s from 6-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were isolated from the small intestine and analyzed by single-cell RNA sequencing technology (BD Rhapsody).
