In order to gain a deeper understanding of the protective effect of heat shock protein 47 (HSP47) on reducing the susceptibility to cerebral hemorrhage (ICH), as well as the exacerbation of ICH susceptibility after knockdown of HSP47, RNA sequencing technology was employed to conduct a comprehensive transcriptome analysis of the cerebral vessels. It is worth noting that our preliminary data indicate that cerebral hemorrhage occurred in mice only on the 7th day after infusion of angiotensin II combined with L-NAME. Therefore, the cerebral vessels for RNA sequencing were obtained on the 5th day to provide mechanistic or causal evidence for the direct involvement of HSP47 in the protective effect against ICH.
