Meta-transcriptomics based study of tick virome

This study was carried out by far the largest tick meta-transcriptomics research on 31 tick species throughout 30 provinces of mainland China, to comprehensively profile the tick virome, assess factors shaping the virome composition, and identify the evolutionary role of ticks on virus diversification.
