TFBIsims_repro_pack

Reproducibility pack for the paper titled "The Unstable Chromosphere: Effects of the Thermal Farley-Buneman Instability Across a Broad Range of Solar Chromospheric Conditions" authored by the people listed here as either project leader or project member. The paper is currently under review, with preprint available on arXiv (https://arxiv.org/abs/2604.25027). (If published, will replace preprint details with link to publication.) This repro pack is sufficient to generate all plots and some (all?) computed values discussed in the text of the paper. Includes simulation inputs and outputs, diagnostic plots created to help with choosing parameter n_mul (as discussed in the paper), and Python codes used for analysis. Also includes plots_output_reference which shows the plots created when we ran the Python code. Required codes to use this material: Python>=3.9.
