This project provides raw sequence reads for six small RNA libraries from the fig wasp species Ceratosolen solmsi marchali, including females and males at larvae (16 day), early pupae (21 day), and late pupae (25 day) stages. Notes: The day number in the brackets indicate the developing days of the wasps ever from the mother wasps' egg laying. It can help detect the miRNAs in the fig wasp species, and comparable analysis can declare the sex-biased and developmental stage specific miRNAs.
