Filtered RNA-seq reads from two Leptospira interrogans serovar Hardjo strains

This dataset contains quality-filtered RNA-seq reads generated from two Leptospira interrogans serovar Hardjo strains, KR40 and N116. The reads were obtained from bacteria grown under two experimental conditions: in vitro cultivation in EMJH medium and in vivo exposure using an experimental dialysis membrane chamber (DMC) model. In the in vivo setting, dialysis membrane chambers were implanted into the ovine peritoneal cavity for 24 hours to capture early host-associated transcriptional responses.
