This dataset includes the Supplementary Animations, simulation codes and results of the article \"The role of recognition error in the stability of green-beard genes\" in Evolution Letters. This dataset contains the MATLAB simulation code based on game-theoretic and green-beard aspects of the yeast interactions. The parameters of the simulation results (the relative fitness in each condition) are presented in the paper.
