This dataset includes the raw and processed SomaScan® proteomic data and analysis source files used in the study "Host proteins associated with strong neutralizing SARS-CoV-2 antibody responses in a South African cohort" The raw .adat Khairallah_et_al_SomaScan.adat.txt file contains RFU intensities generated by SomaLogic’s PharmaServices v4 platform and processed using SomaDataIO (v5.3.0.9001) in R (v4.2.0).
