资源简介:
The altered precipitation regime exhibits severe ecological consequences in various ecosystems, especially buried gravesoil in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. However, the knowledge about gravesoil fungal community response to precipitation shifts is still limited. Here we explored the responses of gravesoil fungal species with respect to diversity, assembly and co-occurrence network to an operable shift of precipitation by simulating no precipitation, less precipitation and moderate precipitation using ITS rRNA gene sequencing. The results indicated the relative abundance of Ascomycota decreased gradually with increasing precipitation amount. The moderate precipitation boosted the relative abundance of Zygomycota. Furthermore, the precipitation significantly decreased the gravesoil fungal richness in the late stage of cultivation, but intensified the temporal turnover of gravesoil fungi. Drift explained a large fraction of gravesoil community assembly, which were not changed by precipitation. Moreover, the gravesoil fungal network under precipitation conditions featured less connected and robust than in the control, hinting precipitation destabilize the gravesoil fungal network. Our findings conduce to appreciate the mechanisms and interactions underlying the generation and maintenance of gravesoil fungal composition and diversity in response to climate change.
