Current global food production is sufficient to meet human nutritional needs in 2050 provided there is societal adaptation (Dataset)

This Excel workbook contains all the input data and arithmetical manipulations we use to estimate the flow of calorific energy, protein, vitamin A, iron and zinc through the current (2013) global food system, and to estimate the flows of nutrients in a number of hypothetical scenarios for 2013 and 2050. The workbook should be read in conjunction with the associated manuscript, which contains full descriptions of the methods and scenarios used.
