In order to profile the transcriptomic change in NTCP-reconstituted HepG2 cells after the treatment with hepatocyte maintanace medium. HMM-pretreated HepG2/NTCP cells turned to be more susceptible to hepatitis B virus infection. HepG2/NTCP cells were treated with HMM for 24h, DMEM/10%FBS/2%DMSO medium was used as a control. The cells were collected for total RNA extraction and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
