Effect of Diesel Particulate Matter on Neural Progenitor Cells RNA expression and Chromatin Accessibility (ATAC-Seq)

This project focused on understanding the effects of diesel particulate matter on cortical neural progenitor cells (ReNcell CX cell line) on gene expression (RNA-seq) and chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq). Samples were collected 24 hrs after exposure with 5 doses of DPM (4 treatments+ control). RNA-seq has 4 samples per treatment, single end. While ATAC-seq has 2 samples per treatment, and is paired end and samples were run over multiple flow cells.
