Transcriptomic responses of Pacific and Caribbean corals to waterborne stony coral tissue loss disease (SCTLD)

An in situ experiment was conducted in Southeast Florida to assess transcriptomic responses of Pacific (Pavona clavus and Pocillopora sp.) and Caribbean (Orbicella faveolata and Acropora cervicornis) corals to waterborne stony coral tissue loss disease (SCTLD). The experimental design contains disease-unexposed, exposed/displaying disease signs, and exposed/not displaying disease signs treatment groups. This repository contains raw sequence files prepared using the TagSeq pipeline.
